An inspection report (sample) is only as good as the checklist used to develop it from. Many inspectors use poor quality, low content checklists. To these checklists they may add several words describing a condition or concern, if they have room on the form. This type of checklist is geared to low quality, high speed inspections, so the inspector can cram as many inspections as possible into his day. They will then pawn this off to the unsuspecting client as an "Inspection Report". This is not the type of inspection you want and this definitely not the report you want in your hand when the inspection is over.

After reviewing many so called, "top of the line" inspection reporting checklist systems, we decided we wanted something better for our clients. So we took several months and created our own exhaustive reporting checklist.

Our custom checklist uses over four hundred individual checks, not counting redundant items like individual windows, doors, electrical outlets et cetera, that are performed in, on and about your home or commercial property. Of those over four hundred items, many have "sub-classes" that are also checked, putting the number to well over five hundred individual checks that can be applied to your property.

When translating this massive custom checklist into your report, we add many photographs, narrative descriptions, links to web pages of related information that further explain our findings, concerns, areas of interest and solutions to problems. Then we place it all in a secure storage location on the internet where you can access it from any internet access point, using a secure password that we send to you and you alone, unless you specify differently. It is archived at this location and retrievable for up to five years from the date of inspection. You can download your report, save it to your own computer and print it if you wish. We can also deliver a printed copy to you if you so desire. We have gone to this online reporting system to allow you access to your report from practically any computer, to minimize paper waste and do a small thing for our environment.
