Property Monitoring by Assurance Home Inspection Property Monitoring is a unique program where an Assurance Inspector will visit your property while you are away and give it a short but vital check of major systems and functions at an interval period specified by you and report any problems and offer solutions. An invaluable service if you have a property that you visit infrequently. Property Monitoring is not an alarmed security service or a warranty service. Are there long time periods between visits to your property? Do you worry about its condition? Have you ever arrived at your vacation home, only to find a problem like:
No heat No water Storm damage, fallen trees Vandalism, breaking and entering Other damage to the property Unwanted feathered, furry or scaly residents
With Assurance Property Check, you have the choice of one or two checks per month. At each visit we will thoroughly check your property for and including:
Vandalism Perimeter check Animal infestation Breaking and entering Water leaks and damage Plumbing and electrical service Photographs and documentation
Your property can be a Second home, Log cabin, Vacation home an Unoccupied commercial property. Any type of property you are concerned about we will monitor. If we find any problems, we will notify you immediately and follow your instructions. Many insurance policies require a regular property check during the owner's absence.
