We know construction!
All Assurance Home Inspectors have been in the construction industry much of their lives.
We each have literally decades of hands-on building and remodeling experience under our belts, in both commercial and residential structures. We know how buildings are put together because we have built and rebuilt them. We have owned and personally operated our own repair and remodeling business'.
We know what goes into a building structure from the ground up because we have performed practically all forms of construction.
Foundations, slabs, wood and steel framing, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, cabinetry, landscaping, ductwork, drywall, trusses, roofs and roof coverings.
As you can see we have done it all, from the ground up.
Assurance Inspectors have done extensive remodeling, stripping structures down to their most basic components and rebuilding them. We understand how a seemingly insignificant concern can lead to major repairs being needed in the future. We have unique insight into the multitude of problems that affect a structure because we have diagnosed and repaired them in our previously owned business'.
